Let’s be honest — hotel rooms just don’t cut it anymore for long work trips. They were too small, too rigid, too expensive for long stays. And most importantly, they weren’t built with real work-life needs in mind.

We kept hearing the same thing from HR heads, project managers, and business travellers: “We need more space, more comfort, and fewer surprises.” That’s when we knew something had to change.

How do I make a reservation?

You can book online. Begin by typing the city name under the Location tab on our homepage. Once you’ve created a shortlist of favourites, simply fill out an enquiry form and we’ll get back to you with a range of available options. You can also reach us via phone or email us contact@Corphousing.in.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Minimum stay requirements vary by property. However, more options are available for stays of 7 nights or longer.

Do you support employee relocation housing across India?

Yes, we specialize in employee relocation housing across major business hubs in India. Whether it’s short-term transition stays or long-term relocation support, we ensure a smooth move-in experience for your employees.

Will the rates shown on the website remain the same after I submit an enquiry?

The rates displayed on our website are dynamic and subject to availability, seasonality, demand, and length of stay. The prices shown at the time of enquiry are for reference purposes only. Final rates will be confirmed by our team based on live availability and your specific stay requirements.

What happens after we submit a booking enquiry?

Once you submit your enquiry:
1. We verify availability
2. Share the commercial proposal
3. Confirm terms and payment details
4. Block the apartment upon approval
5. Coordinate check-in smoothly
Our goal is to make corporate housing in India simple, transparent, and stress-free for your team.

When do I need to pay? And will I get a refund if I cancel.

Full payment is required before check-in. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the property’s cancellation policy, which will be clearly shared at confirmation.

What are the differences between hotels and serviced apartments?

Serviced apartments offer significantly more space — typically around 30% larger than a hotel room with separate areas for living, working, dining, and sleeping.
Key advantages include:
Fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette
Free Wi-Fi (standard in most properties)
More privacy and flexibility
Ideal for extended stays
Access to amenities such as gyms, restaurants, or business facilities (in select properties)

What kitchen equipment will I find in my serviced apartment?

Most serviced apartments feature either a fully equipped kitchen or a kitchenette. A full kitchen typically includes an oven and cooktop, while a kitchenette generally provides a microwave and fixed hob (unless otherwise specified). At a minimum, you can expect a cooking appliance (such as an oven, microwave, hob, or portable hot plate), a refrigerator, glassware, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and washing-up facilities. For exact inclusions, we recommend reviewing the Facilities section of your selected property.

What can I expect in my apartment?

Each apartment layout and facilities may vary by property; however, every serviced apartment includes a kitchen or kitchenette, a living or sitting area, a dedicated sleeping area, a private bathroom, electrical and kitchen appliances, furniture and soft furnishings, kitchenware, bedding including linen and towels, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a TV package. For detailed information on what is provided in your selected apartment, please refer to the “Facilities” section on the individual property profile.

How do I check-in to my apartment?

Check-in procedures vary by property and may include a 24-hour reception or concierge service similar to a hotel, a pre-arranged meet-and-greet with a property representative, or a self check-in process using secure access codes for the building and key safe. Standard check-in time is typically from 14:00 onwards, although this may vary by property. Full details of your specific check-in process will be provided at the confirmation stage.

How flexible are your Stay Duration?

We understand that business timelines evolve. Our long-term corporate stays and short-term business accommodations are designed with flexibility — whether you need housing for a few weeks or several months.

What are the differences between serviced apartments and a fixed tenancy?

Serviced apartments offer greater flexibility and convenience compared to fixed-term rentals, with benefits that include little to no deposit in most cases, no agent fees or reference checks, minimal paperwork, flexible stay durations from short to long-term, shorter notice periods, and the ability to extend or amend bookings with ease. They are fully furnished and equipped, with utilities such as electricity and water included, along with internet and TV packages, weekly housekeeping as a minimum standard, and access to on-call maintenance and guest support. Overall, serviced apartments eliminate the hassle of setting up utilities, purchasing furnishings, and committing to long-term lease agreements.

What’s the pet policy in serviced apartments?

Some properties allow pets; however, every property has their own set policy. If you wish to bring your pet with you, please make this clear during the enquiry stage, and we’ll find an apartment that allows pets. Please note, an additional cleaning charge will be incurred by staying with a pet.

Can I smoke in my apartment?

No. The majority of serviced apartments are non-smoking. This includes all apartments within any given development, and any internal communal areas. Smoking may be permitted in external areas, such as balconies, roof terraces and communal courtyards or gardens, but you should check the restrictions first.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We encourage our property partners not to request a deposit; however a small number of properties may require a one, which is either paid at the time of booking, or upon check-in. Any deposit requirements will be made clear to you at the reservation stage and at the confirmation stage.

Who should I contact if I face any issues during my stay?

In the event of any issue during your stay, you may contact the property’s reception or on-site Care Taker directly for immediate assistance. You can also reach out to the Corphousing team, and we will coordinate with the property to ensure your concern is resolved promptly. Your comfort and satisfaction are our priority.
